“How soon until I can quit my job?”

To unpack this question, we have to back up a little and explain why this question even comes up.

People come to James Hopkins Marketing to start and grow an online business working with social media and digital advertising for their clients.

When they come in, they have zero experience in doing ANY of this, and they’re able to land clients paying them $1500-$2500 per month, every single month.

For everyones that comes through the program, they have a goal that they set out to achieve when they got started.

The biggest one that always seems to stick out is wanting to quit their job.

And this is a great goal to have.

If you’re making $1000-$4000 per month working tons of hours every week while living abroad, but then you come across as a proven way to make double that income while working from your home, the first major thing you’ll want to do is quit your job.

This is essentially why this goal pops up so much and really resonates with our clients when they come in.

One of the most important Victory posts we get in our private Facebook community is about students quitting their job because they now have the income to live a life of freedom.

It’s a huge win and something that I always encourage them to share when they do achieve it.

And maybe you’re here reading this because like them, you too have hte desire to quit your job.

This is of course, a great thing to want, and it feels even better when you accomplish it.

So let’s break down the fastest way to achieve this.

1. You want to look at how much money you need to make to replace the income from your job.

Once you have this number, you know at the very least, you want to match this.

2. Then, you want to look at how much money you WANT to make to live the life you want.

This number usually includes everything you need to live where you want, take care of who you want, increase your savings, and have money to enjoy leisurely.

So let’s say to match your job, you need to make $2000 per month.

And let’s say to live the life you want, you want to make $4500 per month. This number gives you the minimum amount you need to live your lifestyle. Anything you make over $4500 just grows your bank account even further.

Now how do you get these numbers? How do you create this income every month?

The best thing you can do in the shortest amount of time is to learn a highly valuable skillset (like social media for businesses since that’s what we teach at James Hopkins Marketing) where you can charge them $1500-$2500 per month.

If we look at just making $2000 per month to quit the job, then that just takes landing 1 client. That’s all that’s required to create the income where you can quit your job.

If you wanted to make $4500 to quit your job AND live the lifestyle you want, then you would only need 3 clients at $1500 each.

Just 3 clients.

Not 10 clients. Or 20 clients.

Only 3 clients can mean the difference between a lifestyle you’re tired of and one that you love.
